Meeting Rescheduled Notice

 

The Henry County Development Authority meeting originally scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Thursday, February 4, 2021 is rescheduled for 8:00 a.m. Thursday February 11, 2021 in the Development Authority offices located at 125 Westridge Industrial Blvd, McDonough, Georgia 30253

 

All meetings are open to the public; however, these meetings may adjourn into “executive session” (closed to the public) as necessary to consider matters appropriate for such “executive session” in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia open meetings law (o.c.g.a. § 50-14-1 et. Seq.) Or any other applicable law.  At those times and as a convenience to the press and the public, to the extent practical, the authority will attempt to review items appropriate for executive session near the end of the meeting

NOTE:  In accordance with the Governor’s Amended Executive Order and CDC Guidelines, the HCDA will continue to comply with applicable Social Distancing and Safety recommendations.  Consequently, Authority Members and visitors attending in person will be required to wear protective masks, respond to limited health questions, and have their temperatures taken.  Because of space and capacity limitations, some visitors may be required to attend this meeting via video conference.
