Amazon leases 1.2 million-square-foot warehouse near Atlanta
E-commerce giant Amazon has returned to leasing big chunks of industrial space, recently taking a massive warehouse south of Atlanta in one of the largest industrial deals of the year.
Amazon leased 1,219,826 square feet at 1305 Highway 42 South in Henry County, the company confirmed. The building was developed by New York-based PNK Group USA and was delivered in March.
