HCDA Called Meeting Notice – 4.20.20

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. §50-14-1 (the Georgia Open Meetings Act) that:

The Henry County Development Authority (HCDA) shall conduct a called meeting Monday, April 20, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. via electronic videoconference.

The purpose of the called meeting is to consider a Resolution authorizing the Executive Director of the Authority to take certain actions on behalf of the Authority during the existing Public Health Emergency.

Given the existing Public Health Emergency and the Governor’s April 2, 2020 Executive Order to Shelter-in-Place (as extended) the subject meeting shall be conducted by videoconference, Members of the Public may access the meeting via the link below.
