HCDA Called Meeting Notice – 8.21.19
A called meeting of the Henry County Development Authority will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. at the law offices of Meadows, Macie and Sutton, P.C., 101 Eagle’s Pointe Parkway, Stockbridge, GA 30281.
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, it is anticipated that shortly after “opening” the meeting in Open Session, an appropriate Motion will be considered by the Authority to handle certain pending personnel related matters in Executive Session.
It is not currently contemplated that items which are not related to the consideration of the certain pending personnel related matters will be handled at the subject meeting.
ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC; HOWEVER, THESE MEETINGS MAY ADJOURN INTO “EXECUTIVE SESSION” (CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC) AS NECESSARY TO CONSIDER MATTERS APPROPRIATE FOR SUCH “EXECUTIVE SESSION” IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE GEORGIA OPEN MEETINGS LAW (O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 ET. SEQ.) OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAW. AT THOSE TIMES AND AS A CONVENIENCE TO THE PRESS AND THE PUBLIC, TO THE EXTENT PRACTICAL, THE AUTHORITY WILL ATTEMPT TO REVIEW ITEMS APPROPRIATE FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION NEAR THE END OF THE MEETING
