“I remember an old state labor commissioner told me years ago, ‘stay calm, stay focused, and solutions will present themselves.’ We are getting through phases of recovery, but on the economic side there is still a potential left hook out there, so you have to stay calm. Don’t panic because if you panic you’ll drown. It will work out, but you have to stay focused and stay diligent, and that is the key.”
