HCDA Meeting Cancellation Notice

In accordance with the State Emergency Declaration published March 14, 2020 and the Henry County Declaration published March 17, 2020, the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Henry County Development Authority originally scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Thursday, April 2, 2020 in the Development Authority offices located at 125 Westridge Industrial Blvd, McDonough, Georgia 30253 has been cancelled.  It is anticipated that formal approval of routine reports of the Authority shall be deferred until the regularly scheduled May meeting of the Authority, scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 8:00 am.
 
 
All meetings are open to the public; however, these meetings may adjourn into “Executive Session” (closed to the public) as necessary to consider matters appropriate for such “Executive Session” in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Open Meetings Law (O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et. seq.) Or any other applicable law.  At those times and as a convenience to the press and the public, to the extent practical, the authority will attempt to review items appropriate for Executive Session near the end of the meeting
